We are currently seeking a Part-Time Paid Media Buyer to join *_Italic_*. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and a data-driven mindset. The position requires approximately 5-8 hours per week, offering flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on our paid media strategy and performance. Responsibilities - Conduct research and analysis to understand our target audience, market trends, and industry competition. - Use data to identify target audiences and optimize ad performance. - Plan and execute media buys across various advertising platforms. - Develop advertising strategies that align with our business objectives. Campaign Creation and Management - Work with the creative team to develop effective ad creative and copy. - Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure campaigns align with company goals. - Test and iterate on different ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and new ad formats to inform campaign planning and execution. Reporting and Analysis - Analyze campaign data to understand performance and identify areas for improvement. - Create and distribute regular reports to stakeholders. - Use data to inform future campaign planning and optimization. Requirements - Proven experience executing successful advertising campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.). - Expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. - Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization strategies. - Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to inform campaign planning and optimization. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team. - Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to solve complex challenges. - Passion for the advertising industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices. Experience - At least 3 years of experience as a Media Buyer, preferably in a performance marketing role. - Experience with both direct response and brand advertising. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
