We have fun and enjoy hanging out with each other in a culture that supports and celebrates our diverse talents, backgrounds, and skills. **Responsibilities**: - Performing day-to-day Information Systems operations like creation and management of projects, workflows between systems, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards, and reports - Collaborating with end users via help desk tickets or other means of support request throughout out the business day - Responsible for software administration management (users, settings, SSO setup, and integrations) - Provide technical assistance and end users support around our software portfolio - Tracking licensing across all SaaS tools to ensure proper licensing counts while maintaining a critical eye on ensuring the company is not needlessly paying for unused license - Working with procurement as needed to purchase additional licenses across all aspects of our software - An empathetic approach to end-user support with the ability to address and calm a frustrated end user seeking support - Constant curiosity with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks at a fast pace **Requirements**: - 3 years of experience administering Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Jira Service Desk, Jira Work Management) - Have worked in an ISO environment having familiarity with ISO compliance - Strong knowledge and familiarity with JQL - Ability to create custom dashboards using filters in Jira - Working knowledge of both Scrum and Kanban methodologies - Working knowledge of SSO configuration and setup (Okta, OneLogin, Microsoft, etc ) - Ability to identify and fix issues quickly - Experience extending product functionality with code, a plus - Very strong verbal and written communication skills - Quick learner and self-starter - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer science, or related field.
