You’ll be the engine behind our revenue machine—managing tools, analyzing performance, and ensuring our processes are as smooth as our coffee ☕. 🔍 What You’ll Do: Optimize and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot is a must!) Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and revenue performance Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements Support forecasting, pipeline management, and onboarding 🎯 What You Bring: 3–5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools like Tableau/Looker) Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, 6Sense) Excellent communication and project management chops ✨ Bonus Points: SaaS or tech industry experience Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer lifecycle management 💡 Why Join Us?
