About the Role We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Tabby's B2C Financial Services stream – a high-impact group building innovative financial products for daily use. You'll join the Credit Card Activation team and will drive the end-to-end experience across key mobile journeys like acquisition, onboarding, and retention, creating thoughtful, user-centered solutions that deliver real impact. Key Responsibilities - Design and own user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention in the Tabby App - Create clean, intuitive mobile interfaces that drive engagement and deliver a delightful, lovable user experience - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to identify and solve key user and business problems - Partner with designers from other product streams to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience across the entire Tabby app - Use data, user feedback, and research insights to inform design decisions and validate hypotheses - Plan and conduct user research independently or in collaboration with the research team - Present and advocate for your design work to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment - Contribute to Tabby's mobile design system with platform-specific considerations, ensuring visual and functional consistency at scale Skills, Knowledge & Expertise - Proven experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile-first B2C experiences - Strong craft skills demonstrated through a portfolio - Deep understanding of native mobile interaction patterns (iOS and Android) - Ability to think strategically and articulate a compelling design vision that aligns with product goals - Understanding of technical constraints and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering - Confident in your work and strong communication skills, whether you're talking to another designer or a C-level executive - Experience applying systems thinking and contributing to shared design systems - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively - Experience in Fintech products is a plus - Fluency in English is required Job Benefits - Relocation and Employment - We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well, at times that suit you and your team. - A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one. - You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career. - Participation in the company's employee stock options program. - Health Insurance
