Customer Service Representative Job Summary The Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal role in the Customer Success department, responsible for handling inbound Post-PTO calls, voicemails, emails, and service requests. This involves basic remote troubleshooting to handle simple service matters and escalating complex problems that require attention from an OMS Specialist. Effective communication with customers, dealers, sales managers, OMS Specialists, solar equipment manufacturers, accounting, and operations managers is essential. Key Responsibilities: - Acquiring necessary information about service-related requests. - Providing work order estimates for service requests based on market and company rates. - Troubleshooting basic technical issues in solar installations. - Communicating effectively with customers, dealers, sales managers, OMS Specialists, solar equipment manufacturers, accounting, and operation managers. - Documenting service issues and resolutions accurately. - Participating in cross-functional meetings. - Providing excellent customer service to clients. - Escalating complex service requests to OMS Specialists. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - High school diploma required. - Capacity for resolving issues in a timely manner. - Maintaining attention to detail when recording project information in company databases. - Must be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment. - Background in customer service, service maintenance, or clerical work. - Intermediate computer skills.
