Job Responsibilities Come join a dynamic, fast-paced mission as part of a high-performing team supporting active operations. In this Collection Manager role, you will directly interface with the customer to transform requirements into tasks for frontend systems used to collect, process, and transmit vital information for national decision makers and troop safety. We are currently seeking a Level 3 SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) Analyst in Collection Management to support tasks, optimize, and maintain customer accesses. The focus will be on Technical SIGINT, specifically FISINT, as well as data and voice communications, DNI, and other advanced IP technologies. Key Capabilities Perform collection using automated systems and specialized subsystems to fulfill worldwide joint-service tasking requirements. Provide operational and mission tasking information supporting fleet, joint, theater, and national consumers, managing signals of interest and providing intelligence. Coordinate site outages to minimize mission disruption and expedite recovery. Conduct signal development analysis across multiple target areas, supporting SIGINT systems. Manage collection requirements and develop cross-access collection plans to support time-sensitive decisions. Collaborate with customers to align collection efforts with mission priorities. Oversee multiple collection systems, analyze data flow, and identify collection issues. Desired Skills Experience as an Intelligence Analyst, Signals Analyst, Mission Manager, or Collections Manager. Customer-facing experience preferred. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years' experience in SIGINT development and analytic support. At least 5 years within the last 10 years working with digital/optical telecommunications, FISINT, or ELINT systems. Experience with the FORNSAT mission and related systems. Familiarity with systems and tools for collecting, surveying, and managing FORNSAT signals. Knowledge of Space Technology Analysis tools and systems. Security Clearance: Active security clearance with appropriate polygraph required. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $153,000 - $235,000.
