Job Description Prismecs is a global leader in transforming energy solutions. We empower industrial teams to break through barriers in sectors like power generation and oil & gas. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of turbine and balance-of-plant (BoP) control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with GE Mark VIe, Woodward, or similar turbine control systems is required. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of turbine start-up/shutdown logic, first-fire, FSNL, and BoP systems. Key responsibilities include: - Managing and maintaining turbine control systems - Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving control system faults and operational issues - Implementing modifications and upgrades to PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems - Collaborating with OEMs and vendors for commissioning, upgrades, and fault resolution Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is required. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with control systems in power generation facilities is necessary. Proficiency in diagnostics and troubleshooting of control system faults and operational anomalies is also essential.
