Position Overview: Were looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales and drive client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a background in real estate or property management who is ready to take ownership of the sales function and scale it. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new property management clients, creating growth strategies, and building long-term relationships with property owners, agents, and partners. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Leadership: Build and lead outbound sales operations, with autonomy to develop processes and strategies. - Client Acquisition: Drive new business by engaging property owners through outbound calls, messages, and virtual meetings. - Pipeline Management: Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding, using CRM tools like LeadSimple and HubSpot. - Market & Revenue Analysis: Use industry tools (MLS, Rentometer, AppFolio) to provide detailed rental income projections. - Stakeholder Coordination: Work cross-functionally with operations to ensure successful property onboarding. - Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and referral partners. - Strategic Growth: Identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and revenue-generating initiatives. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management -- preferably in real estate or property management. - Demonstrated success leading or scaling outbound sales efforts. - Fluent in both English and Spanish. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - High proficiency with CRM platforms and online prospecting tools. - Comfortable with revenue forecasting and market analysis. - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and tools like MLS, Rentometer, and AppFolio. - Previous customer support experience is a plus.
