Key Responsibilities - Partner with customers and peers to craft effective solutions. - Help customers unlock the full potential of their subscription offerings by defining customized solutions. - Evaluate merchant integrations and provide expert recommendations. - Configure, customize, and support custom solutions. - Build alliances with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams to solve problems and achieve objectives. - Contribute to and foster the developer community. Required Skills and Qualifications - Customer-facing experience. - 1-2 years of programming experience in a commercial/eCommerce environment. - Shopify Development certification is a plus. - Experience with integrations such as webhooks and APIs. - Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies. - Self-motivated, with strong willingness to learn and continually refine business acumen. - Good communication skills. - A "quality first" mindset.
