Job Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned consulting professional to join our team as a Service Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work closely with internal teams including Project Management, Product Management, and Support to provide best-in-class service for our customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough assessments of partner needs and provide expert guidance on product features and functionality. 2. Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent unnecessary support requests. 3. Define product specifications for partners and end-users installation. 4. Provide timely responses to partner inquiries and direct the resolution of outstanding issues. 5. Monitor partner use and adoption of software throughout implementations. 6. Collaborate with sales teams to scope implementation and professional services engagements. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. - At least 3 years of applicable experience managing technology implementations utilizing software tools. - Preferred experience in MSP environment. - Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, PSA, and RMM software and markets. - Proficient Microsoft Windows Server and patch management best-practice skills. - Experience with Routing, Switching, & Firewall/Edge technologies. - Working knowledge of Virtualization solutions such as VMware and Hypervisor.
