Your Role at Vantive As a Sr Planner Buyer, you will ensure the timely supply of necessary products for patients in various markets within the Colombia cluster. You will provide follow-up from assignment, shipment, arrival, and disposal of products to guarantee adequate coverage and resource optimization (time, shipping costs, cash flow) to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Foster a culture of compliance and ethical business practices within the organization. - Implement Baxter's code of conduct, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Global Interactions Policy and Third Party Policy, supporting employee induction and training. - Identify compliance and legal risks within the country/cluster. - Conduct periodic reviews with the Network Planner regarding supply risks and their timely resolution to avoid market impact. - Prepare financial exercises to ensure product availability and compliance with cash flow targets. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Quality, Regulatory Affairs) regarding sourcing risks and opportunities, supporting portfolio growth in different countries. - Plan and supply imported finished products, products from third-party suppliers, machines, printed materials, and other supplies, aligning activities with local procedures. - Ensure compliance with management indicators such as inventory levels, turnover, customer service levels, backorders, discards, and chain costs. - Manage inventory and implement efficiency projects. - Ensure compliance with Quality Management System processes and participate in internal, local, and global audits. Requirements - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. - 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, including logistics of manufactured products, raw materials, finished goods, or medical equipment. - Advanced English proficiency. - Blue or Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification (desirable). - Knowledge of ERP and planning tools. - Advanced Excel skills.
