The goal is to make healthcare more accessible by simplifying complex care plans, connecting care teams, and meeting patients where they live. Job Summary: We're looking for a Software QA Engineer with a strong background in automation to join our growing team and take the lead in developing automated testing frameworks across the platform. The position involves close collaboration with developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners, and reports directly to the QA Lead. The role requires a strong focus on compliance and data integrity within a healthcare environment regulated by HIPAA. Responsibilities: - Played a key role in verifying and validating cloud-based application software and embedded firmware. - Focused primarily on API testing, with additional contributions to UI and mobile testing as needed. - Integrated automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and supported validation for releases. - Worked closely with DevOps and development teams to ensure test coverage aligned with AWS-based infrastructure (including EC2, S3, ECS). - Documented and tracked test cases, results, and defects using Jira, Xray, and Confluence. - Ensured all QA processes complied with HIPAA standards for data security and traceability. Qualifications and Job Requirements: - Strong experience with test automation frameworks in Python and Cucumber (e.g., Behave). - Proficiency in API testing through automation and scripting. - Solid understanding of AWS services related to QA and deployments (EC2, S3, ECS). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Actions. - Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, with understanding of HIPAA constraints and data handling practices. - Experience with Docker and scripting in Bash/Python/Pytest for testing workflows or environment setup. - Strong collaboration and communication skills in remote teams.
