At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u. **Responsibilities** **Accountabilities**: - Create, develop and recommend 3-year SBPs for the brand. - Lead, supervise and coordinate the Annual Marketing Plans development (AOP), ensuring integration and alignment with MU. - Ensure alignment of brand marketing strategies with LAB. - Supervise development, communication and implementation of all Marketing and Business strategies, initiatives and innovation. - Lead the evaluation, localization, development process and implementation of all Regional Marketing Projects for Colombia, Costa Rica and Panama - Approve, improve and ensure proper implementation of all Brand Equity/Consumer communication programs/vehicles, according to Global/Regional strategy. - Lead the innovation for Gatorade products within this markets, from the development of an idea to the launch of the new product / sub line / package etc. - Lead advertising and media agencies relation and communication for the development of local brand building campaigns and initiatives, and implement global/regional campaigns - Management of marketing spend and alignment with Bottler: Evaluate and prioritize investment options to drive growth. Make trade-off decisions to meet budget constraints and achieve volume/profit plans. Ensure cost/efficiency - Ensure brands are managed in line with the international guidance to guarantee all aspects regarding global brand guidelines. - Perform trade visits to understand customers, consumer and partners’ needs, to incorporate insights into brand strategies and initiatives. - Actively participate in internal and external business reviews supporting Franchise. - Ensure deployment of best practice tools for bottler and distributors **Qualifications** Requirements**: **Education**: - Marketing masters degree or at least 5 years of marketing experience in brand and category management. Knowledge: - Language: fluent spoken, read and written Spanish and English. - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. - Strong analytical skills. - Highly developed negotiation skills. - Communication fluency to express ideas persuasively to lead agenda. - Be able to build relationships and efficient networking to ensure alignment and project success. - Presentation skills - Budget control knowledge. - Communication skills and media knowledge. - Technical basics to speak the same language with operational team. **Experience**: - Minimun 4 years of experience in the consumers’ goods marketing industry. - Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
