Responsibilities: - Technical Support & Troubleshooting:Provide day-to-day technical support for the tools and apps used bythe company, addressing issues and providing solutions to ensuresmooth operations. - Automation & Integration: Automateworkflows and processes using tools like Make, Zapier, and HubSpotworkflows. Integrate data from various platforms (e.g., HubSpot,Google Sheets, MySQL, Google Analytics) to enhance efficiency. -Data Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting systems, leveragingplatforms like Looker Studio to visualize and analyze data fromdifferent sources for better decision-making. - Cross-FunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate with different departments to identifyareas where automation and technical solutions can optimizebusiness processes. - Tool Evaluation & Implementation: Stay onthe lookout for new tools or platforms that could improveefficiency and meet the company’s technical needs. Lead theevaluation, implementation, and integration of new tools. -Security & Compliance: Assist with maintaining security bestpractices across systems and platforms, ensuring data privacy andcompliance. - Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create clear,concise documentation for automated processes, technical solutions,and tools used, ensuring transparency and effective knowledgetransfer. - Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with the latestautomation, cybersecurity, and technology trends, applying relevantinsights to improve internal systems and processes. Requirements: -Technical Expertise: Experience with automation tools such as Looker Studio, Make, Zapier, and integrations with variousplatforms (HubSpot, Google Sheets, MySQL, etc.). - Problem-Solving:Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technicalissues in workflows and tools quickly. - Attention to Detail:Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accurate data reporting,smooth automation, and system integrity. - Collaboration &Communication;: Strong interpersonal and communication skills tocollaborate across teams and ensure solutions align with businessgoals. - Adaptability & Learning: Eagerness to learn newtechnologies, stay current with industry trends, and continuouslyenhance automation and technical capabilities. - Security Mindset:General understanding of cybersecurity best practices to ensuresecure systems and data handling. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS -Full time position - 36 PTOs / National Holidays per year - Fullyremote position – work from anywhere! This will be a remotelyadministered FULL TIME [40 hr/week] position with an immediatestarting date upon hire. You will need to be available to workwithin our core hours from 6:00 to 11:00 am PST.
