We are seeking a Turbo Operations Analyst to monitor operational KPIs, provide visibility on deviations from the plan, analyze root causes, and support tactical planning to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: - Provide regular visibility of operational indicators against targets. - Conduct deep dives into deviations to identify root causes. - Design tools and reports to assist zone leads in corrective actions. - Identify RT trusted connection issues to enhance performance and order acceptance. - Execute database queries for analysis as requested by senior management.
