Job summary The Strategic Accounts team at HubSpot sits at the highest-touch end of the Customer Success organization. This team works with our highest paying and Lighthouse customers to help them see extraordinary growth through education, business consulting and delight. As a Principal Contract Manager at HubSpot, you will be in charge of managing customer contracts, handling customer inquiries and renewals, and focusing on maximizing customer investment. You will also play a key role in forecasting, contributing to process improvements, mentoring less experienced colleagues, and supporting strategic initiatives within our Contract Management and Customer Success team.
