"> This role is based in North Cone and will have a direct report line to the Procure to Pay Manager. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will analyze and post accounts payable, ensuring compliance with established tax regulations. "> Main Accountabilities "> "> - Analyze and accurately post accounts payable generated towards the company, prior validation of appropriate supports and authorizations received for cash flow control and established tax regulations. "> - Process petty cash documents, verifying compliance with requirements and corresponding authorizations to avoid uncertain and unnecessary payments. "> - Monitor and record travel expenses of employees, verifying compliance with established policies and procedures. "> - Develop and implement payment proposals to suppliers according to the established schedule and authorizations matrix defined for each unit. "> - Lead process improvements in receiving, posting, and payment invoices to enhance productivity and cost efficiency. "> - Identify and address potential service deficiencies, taking corrective actions when necessary. "> - Guarantee the accuracy and quality of financial reports and information under a global Yara standard and policies. "> "> Requirements "> "> - Essential: 2 years of experience in similar roles. "> - Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. "> - Familiarity with MS Office software, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. "> - Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. ">
