The Role We seek an experienced mobile engineer with strong expertise in React Native, who can take ownership of our apps and drive high-quality feature development with a focus on performance and reliability. - Designing and implementing new mobile features to enhance user engagement and experience - Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless experiences that meet business objectives - Maintaining code quality, performance, and scalability across iOS and Android platforms - Integrating APIs, SDKs, and native modules to optimize app functionality - Mentoring junior developers and reviewing code to ensure adherence to best practices - Optimizing app performance and stability using tools like Flipper, Firebase, or Sentry - Driving improvements to CI/CD pipelines and development workflow efficiency Requirements This role is suitable for individuals with: - 4+ years of mobile development experience, including 2+ years in React Native - Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile architecture best practices - Experience shipping and maintaining apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play - Knowledge of API integration, native permissions, and OTA updates using Expo or EAS - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane) - Familiarity with analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase, Flipper, Sentry) - Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments - Comfort with Agile methodologies and tools like Linear or Jira Benefits You will have the opportunity to work on challenging robotics and real-world delivery projects, enjoy fast-paced growth and learning in a mission-driven organization, and be part of a collaborative and supportive product and tech culture.
