The professional will be configuring and supporting ServiceNow ITSM / ITAM (HAM / SAM) applications, maintaining and supporting their implementation. This person will work closely with the IT Process Architect, IT Architect, IT support teams, and other technical teams to ensure that business needs around the implementation of ITOM / ITAM Modules of ServiceNow are met. The general scope of the work for this position includes: Experience with the ITOM suite (CMDB / Discovery) within ServiceNow. Experience with the ITAM suite (HAM / SAM) within ServiceNow. Complete understanding and hands-on expertise of the CMDB data model, including experience in extending it for specific requirements. Understanding of technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow and familiarity with workflow engines. Use of Mid Server, web services, email, and other relevant technologies to integrate tools with ServiceNow. Define and implement ITOM / ITAM and CMDB best practices in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning with industry standards and ITIL processes. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for ITOM/CMDB/CSDM. Experience in designing and developing ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms, Access Controls, Business Rules, ACLs, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc. Proficiency in English is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
