Job Summary The Patching Operations Center Analyst is responsible for deploying server OS patches, managing patching processes and schedules, and ensuring system performance, security, and availability across the enterprise. Responsibilities Execute and manage the patching program across infrastructure. Schedule, track, and deploy critical/security patches. Review patches pre- and post-deployment. Maintain patch windows and documentation. Provide reporting and communicate patching status to stakeholders. Manage patching tickets and escalate issues as needed. Monitor system alerts and respond to maintain uptime. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for resolution and improvements. Skills & Experience 2+ years in a related field preferred. Experience with Windows server administration, networking, and Active Directory. High School diploma required; Bachelor’s in IT-related field preferred. Technical Competencies Knowledge of ITIL, patch management tools (Azure Update Management, WSUS, Manage Engine). Familiar with Microsoft Security Update Guide, monitoring tools, virtualization, and cloud basics. Az-900 proficiency required. Strong communication and reporting skills. Personal Competencies Customer-focused, clear communicator, and problem solver. Ethical, collaborative, adaptable, and organized under pressure. Language Skills Proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level, 85%+ fluency). #J-18808-Ljbffr
