Assistant or Associate Professor We seek applications for a full-time position at the assistant or associate level in Organizational Theory, Organizational Behaviour, and/or Leadership to strengthen our academic area and contribute to research, applied projects and teaching activities. Job Qualifications Candidates must have earned a PhD degree (or be near completion) in organization theory, organizational behaviour, management, or related disciplines. - Show a clear commitment to research in their fields - Contribute to course design, delivery, and assessment at undergraduate and graduate levels Preferred Qualifications - A strong record of publication in high-quality peer-reviewed journals - Engagement in course design, delivery, and assessment at undergraduate and graduate levels - Previous experience with institutional development Application Process Submit the following documents: - Motivation letter tailored to the role and institution - Curriculum vitae with contact information for three academic references - Teaching statement including course evaluations (if available) - Copy of a representative paper or publication Applications will begin processing in July 2025.
