We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Workforce team. The Workforce Supervisor role is key in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across teams. As a Workforce supervisor, you will foster collaboration with internal and external partners to meet daily service level metrics and achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and develop RTA and scheduling team as needed Ensure proper coverage and performance visibility of real time through the entire HOOP Follow up on daily/weekly/monthly completion and delivery of RTA and scheduling tasks assigned Ensure proper knowledge of all WF processes, metrics, responsibilities as well as Excel and WF tools expertise Responsible of documentation and compliance of real time related and scheduling processes Responsible (along with the Bi reporting team) of the creation and development of WF related reporting Maintain updated reporting library Provide additional analysis or insights to improve real time and scheduling performance Collaborate with planners to formulate efficiency strategies Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Must have at least 2 years of RTA experience, scheduling and or planning experience is a plus Must be bilingual in English (B2 level or higher) and Spanish, both oral and written language skills Strong project management, quantitative, and analytical skills Excellent understanding of WFM concepts Ability to work with peers and other teams to achieve performance goals and objectives. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and company personnel. Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
