About the job This position is needed to build extraordinary tools and solutions for our rapidly growing Go-To-Market teams. The GTM Systems Operations is crucial for the success and scalability of our Go-to-Market efforts. We are the drivers of system, process, and data improvements that unlock new possibilities across Sales, Revenue Operations, and GTM organization. The Sr BA, OLM will work within the Sales Automation team to support, build, and maintain solutions for the opportunity lifecycle value stream. Responsibilities Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce and adjacent technologies. Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure project compatibility with upstream and downstream systems and processes. Own projects end-to-end in partnership with the product owner and Technical Lead to improve how our Go-To-Market and internal teams leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, DataCloud, and ETL tools. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, balancing project timelines with stakeholder priorities and technical understanding. Engage in requirement gathering and stakeholder management for prioritized work. Partner with third-party vendors to implement new out-of-the-box features and design custom solutions. Required: 4-8 years of experience with Salesforce implementation, support, and maintenance. Experience with Salesforce admin work and Sales Cloud/opportunity management. Ability to understand business needs and translate user requirements into system requirements. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Flow. Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills. Ability to translate complex technical architecture for varying levels of experience. Experience collaborating with a global team. Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Developer 1 Certifications. Experience designing and building in Salesforce for large user bases (2000+). Prior technical consulting experience. Analytics, SOQL, and SQL experience. Experience partnering with third-party tool vendors and collaborating on feature implementation. Location This role will be remote and based in Colombia. Travel Occasional travel may be required to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
