Reports To Production Manager Job Purpose Continuously perform controls, reviews, and analysis of the general inventory of raw materials, finished products, packaging materials, and consumables used in production; to ensure reliability, proper rotation of batches, classification and location of products according to their hazard, and to have an optimal inventory for planning and sales areas. Tasks and Responsibilities - Administer, control, and manage inventories through the company's information systems. - Control inventory items to avoid discrepancies between physical count and the system. - Perform and ensure cycle counts to comply with the globally established cycle counting policy. - Execute inventory adjustments, investigate their causes, and implement initiatives to reduce their occurrence. - Monitor, control, and record controlled raw materials in the information systems requested by the competent entities according to the established frequency to comply with current regulations. - Control daily inventory operations and generate all inventory reports defined by area management. - Monitor, control, report promptly, and manage some necessary purchases according to production supply replenishment requirements. - Report inventory statistics to management and suggest improvements in inventory control. - Keep the factory inventory vs. free zone inventory updated and balanced. - Generate the monthly production report for management. - Support the production manager or team lead in their absence. - Manage and address NCR (Non-Conformities) and CCR (Customer Complaints) in production depending on the internally established strategy. - Follow up, propose improvements, and actively participate in achieving the objectives associated with production KPIs. - Support the implementation of the integrated management system within the area. Skills And Attributes Required Education - Technician, Technologist in logistics or supply chain management, desirable university studies in industrial engineering, chemical engineering, or related areas. Training - Knowledge in Microsoft Office - English Experience - 2 to 3 years of experience in operational activities, ideally in inventory control. - Experience in database and spreadsheet management.
