Role Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Uniform Administrator. In this role, you will oversee the stock and distribution of uniforms, ensuring that all employees receive the correct sizes and maintain a polished appearance. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with tailors, and ensuring that the company’s appearance standards are upheld. Responsibilities: - Manage uniform stock and ensure proper fit for all employees. - Ensures the physical management of the stock of goods. - Periodically counts the stock of goods (monthly and ad-hoc inventories). - Track and document uniform stock levels, reporting discrepancies when necessary. - Inspect uniforms for quality and manage repair or alteration processes. - Work with tailors, suppliers, and various departments to meet uniform needs. - Ensure uniform policies are followed and maintain personal appearance records. - Use company software to operate stock movements and update records and files. - Performs the physical reception of the goods at the entrance to the company's warehouse . - Reports to the hierarchical superior the differences between the physical and the written goods at the reception of the goods at the warehouse. - Efficiently uses storage space for goods, constantly organizes stock and workspaces. - Performs dry cleaning pick-up/drop-off operations. - Ensures proper sizing when handing over any uniforms . - Identifies and recommends modifications to the uniforms for a better fit. - Manages the spare uniforms stock, ensures sufficient items for every timeframe. - Maintains visual records of every employee’s uniform fit. - Offers correct and complete information regarding uniforms and appearance-related procedures. - Communicates politely and professionally with any departments and suppliers. - Monitors and handles QA reports regarding uniforms. Candidate Requirements: - Language: Proficient in English, excellent written and verbal communication. - Technical Skills: PC literacy and familiarity with stock management software. - Attention to Detail: Advanced level of precision in managing inventory and appearance standards. - Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with suppliers. Nice to Have: - Experience in the Fashion Industry: Background in fashion, textiles, or uniform design. - Process Improvement Skills: Experience in streamlining - Inventory processes for efficiency.
