Responsibilities - Contribute creative ideas to support the company's engagement strategy. - Assist with the daily execution of both in-person and virtual engagement activities. - Coordinate event logistics including materials, setup/cleanup, and participant support. - Communicate upcoming events across departments to encourage participation. - Manage inventory for engagement-related supplies and ensure common areas remain well-maintained. - Track event participation and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Maintain calendars, folders, and documentation for engagement activities. - Support the broader Employee Experience team as needed.
