Accounting and Financial Expert We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting and Financial Expert to lead our accounting functions in Colombia. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, leading, and administering the accounting function, as well as all legal, tax, and national and international reports of the company. This includes analyzing and reporting financial information to head office and internal departments, ensuring high quality standards are met. - Analyze and present national and district taxes in a rigorous and timely manner. - Analyze and make balance projections for annual budgets, generating deliverables that strive for excellence and financial health of the territory. Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you will need to have: - A professional degree in Accounting with solid knowledge and experience in tax matters, preferably a postgraduate degree in finance and/or economics. - Additional studies or solid knowledge in SAP and advanced Excel. - Taxes, international accounting, and financial reporting standards IFRS/IFRS, USGAAP, COLGAAP. - Advanced English language skills (minimum B2). - Direct and extensive experience in positions of similar responsibility and hierarchy in multinational companies with corporate relations of at least 3 years. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Adaptability and ability to learn new skills quickly.
