Join our team! At MyCase , we're seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to lead the modernization of our product, improving legal case management and our client experience. What will you do? Design and implement scalable applications using modern web frameworks (e.g., Ruby on Rails, React, Node, NextJS ). Maintain and use reusable component libraries. Modernize web applications to improve user experience, performance, and scalability. Conduct code reviews and participate in quality testing. Collaborate with UX teams to implement usability-focused designs and deliver intuitive web applications. Support software deployments through debugging and coordination with DevOps and QA . Contribute to technological improvements to enhance application performance and maintenance. Who are you? Over 5 years of experience in large-scale cloud solutions. Experience developing React applications for production and optimizing front-end performance. Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and API development. Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban). Solid knowledge of SOLID design principles. Mastery of SQL and experience with databases such as PostgreSQL . Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Mastery of the English language. Preferred location: Bogotá, Colombia. Desirable skills Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS . Knowledge of NodeJS and NextJS . Experience building SaaS type applications.
