About LighthouseAI LighthouseAI, a Pharma Solutions company, provides pharmaceutical state licensing software and services to pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesale distributors, logistics companies, and pharmacies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform customer service and support the State Licensing department on day-to-day duties: - - Draft online and hard copy state pharmaceutical applications; - License verification - Review signed applications for accuracy and completion; - Review outgoing and incoming physical mail (electronically if working remote); - Address deficiencies highlighted by the Board on behalf of customer; - Update internal database to reflect application progression; - Maintain document repository of customer supporting documents, applications and deficiency correspondence; - Administrative work (basic Microsoft Word skills required); - Responsibilities and tasks outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may change as determined by the needs of the company and/or its customers. Work Experience Qualification: - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, or a related administrative field, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries. - Demonstrated experience with regulatory data entry, application processing, or compliance documentation. - Familiarity with state or federal regulatory bodies, such as Boards of Pharmacy, DEA, or FDA, is a plus. - Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with a strong attention to detail. - Prior experience using document management systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, or licensing portals is preferred. Other Qualifications: - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email etiquette and clear documentation practices. - Ability to interpret regulatory instructions and requirements and translate them into accurate application materials. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience with PDF editing tools is a plus. - Capable of handling sensitive or confidential information with discretion. - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment. - Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to addressing application deficiencies or process delays. Compensation Rage: $1,000 - $1,500 per month
