Their goal is to connect quickly, qualify the lead, and schedule appointments with a licensed healthcare professional (chiropractor, dentist, etc.). This is not cold calling. All leads have shown intent and are awaiting follow-up. However, responsiveness, clarity, and urgency are critical to ensure conversion from lead to booked consult.
