Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Content Management System tools like Optimizely to create, edit, and manage content for both Business as Usual (BAU) and project-based initiatives from category and corporate teams. - Work closely with designers and developers to ensure content integration is seamless, visually appealing, and functional. Coordinate with marketing and web delivery teams to align content with campaign goals and web development projects. - Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with brand guidelines. Ensure content is optimized for SEO and user engagement. - Assist in the planning and execution of web content strategies, including A/B testing, content audits, and updates. - Maintain proficiency in Optimizely CMS, understanding its features for content personalization, segmentation, and analytics. - Use content performance metrics to inform content strategy, suggesting improvements based on user behavior and KPIs. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years in digital content creation, editing, and management. - Proven experience with Content Management System tools like Optimizely or similar tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 and above). - Experience in a fast-paced, project-driven environment where deadlines are critical.
