We are looking for a Payroll Monk to join our amazing local Finance team. If you are interested in challenges and constant change, this role is for you! Responsibilities Analyze and support inquiries from Legislation/Tax/Accounting. Analyze accuracy of bonus and vacation provisions, employee advances, bank clearing, etc. Work closely with our HR Heroes to make sure the monthly changes are collected and processed perfectly. You can spot mistakes from a mile away and make steps to make sure they’re corrected. Payroll agency relations. You will manage our partners and regularly communicate with them to ensure our policies, procedures and contracts are up to date. Staying up to date with laws and regulations and ensuring our payroll processes are compliant Reporting. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all data reporting and payroll transactions. Validate payroll information and provide payroll information to internal teams on a monthly and ad-hoc basis. Requirements Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a similar role. Education: Degree in Finance/Accounting preferably Knowledge: You’ll bring a comprehensive understanding of payroll ‘best practices’ and can explain a payslip in detail. A love for Numbers: You’ll be the go-to person for compensation and benefits questions, payroll issues, insurances, etc. You love working with data/numbers and getting things right the first time! On-point computer skills: including the use of Excel as an analytical and reporting tool. Outstanding Communication skills: English.
