(Bogota-Medellin) This role is crucial for designing, developing, and orchestrating advanced AI agent systems, with a special emphasis on multi-agent orchestration, autonomous workflows, and the use of industry-leading frameworks like CrewAI, LangChain, Autogen, LlamaIndex, and Model Context Protocol (MCP). The ideal candidate will not only have hands-on experience with these tools but also a deep understanding of how to architect production-ready agentic systems that can communicate, self-delegate, and integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise infrastructure. level English C1 + Key Responsibilities - Agentic Systems Design and Architecture: Design and architect robust, scalable multi-agent system solutions capable of handling complex workflows and autonomous tasks. - Development and Implementation: Develop and implement AI agent systems using frameworks such as CrewAI, LangChain, Autogen, and LlamaIndex. - Agent Orchestration and Collaboration: Implement advanced Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication patterns, including memory and context sharing, to ensure fluid collaboration between agents. - Model Context Protocol (MCP) Integration: Apply knowledge of MCP to manage context brokering, tool registries, and model delegation within agent systems. - Enterprise Integration: Ensure seamless integration of agentic systems with existing enterprise infrastructure and systems. - Optimization and Performance: Identify and address potential challenges like siloed work or task loops in agent systems, optimizing performance and efficiency. - Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of AI solutions. - Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the agentic AI space and explore new opportunities for innovation. Requirements Technical Experience & Knowledge - Proven Experience: Hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI agent systems. - Framework Proficiency: Strong command and practical experience with one or more of the following frameworks: CrewAI, LangChain, Autogen, LlamaIndex. - MCP Understanding: Solid knowledge of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including its purpose, how it differs from standard function-calling, and its application in context brokering and model delegation. - A2A Protocols: Experience in designing and implementing Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols and collaboration patterns between agents, including memory and context sharing. - System Architecture: Proven ability to reason about agent orchestration and modular system architectures, with a focus on observability and failover handling. - Software Development: Strong background in software development, preferably in Python, and familiarity with software engineering best practices. - LLM Experience (Optional): Familiarity with integrating and grounding Large Language Models (LLMs) with external knowledge to mitigate hallucinations.
