Job Title: Technical Configuration Specialist "> - We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Configuration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the successful implementation of our configurable employee benefits platform. - Your primary responsibility will be to configure organisations and benefits plans for clients across the globe. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective configuration solutions. - As a Technical Configuration Specialist, you will also be responsible for preparing and managing project tasks using task management workflow systems, configuring client organisations, product rules and rates, customising user interfaces and system notifications, and carrying out unit, integration and user acceptance testing. - You will have the opportunity to work with various Azure systems, including Azure Data Factory and DevOps, to perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) work. This will enable you to design and implement data pipelines that meet the needs of our clients. - To succeed in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent analytical and communication skills, and experience working on configurable technology platforms. - Additionally, you should have a good command of English language speaking and writing skills and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and to tight deadlines. - A positive attitude towards change and organisational development is essential, as well as a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
