We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of online advertising principles who is able to come up with innovative new angles and strategies to create high-performing social media ads so that clients achieve maximum ROI. Commitment Required Full time: 160 hours/month. Monday - Friday You MUST be available and online Monday to Friday between 3pm to 6pm CET. Application deadline: December 2024 Ideal Profile You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Creative Agencies or Performance Marketing within the DTC industry. Copywriting/video editing experience would be a strong advantage. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable coming up with new angles and creative strategies. You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments. You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems. Requirements Fluent English (C1 and above - written and verbal). At least 4+ years' experience working in Online Advertising (specifically related to TikTok, Meta). Experience working at a performance marketing agency is preferable. A good understanding of the creative and production process is preferable (creative editor, content creator, creative producer). Copywriting experience is preferable.
