ServiceTitan is looking for an extraordinary Senior Product Intelligence Analyst to develop insightful and in-depth reporting, enhancing our understanding of our customers and our product. You will be the company's go-to resource on our Enterprise Hub analyses, holding full responsibility for generating insights that shape the product roadmap and help our customers succeed. Work directly with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide insights using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau. 2. Define metrics with key stakeholders and monitor the impact of releases and product changes in detail. 3. Build insightful reports and visualizations to surface trends and actionable insights for internal business users. 4. Inform teams of user activity on our platform and establish metrics to identify customer pain points. 5. Build strong relationships within product and support functions to understand business needs. 6. Ensure adequate instrumentation and metrics are in place to address fundamental business questions about our product and its usage. 7. Proactively interact with stakeholders to continuously improve analytics infrastructure and support business decisions. Required Skills: 1. Bachelor's degree in a business or quantitative field. 2. 5+ years of experience as a product analyst. 3. Experience building insightful Tableau dashboards. 4. Strong SQL expertise and experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred). 5. Deep analytical skills with attention to detail in collecting, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data. 6. Ability to initiate new projects creatively and be an indispensable partner to business teams. 7. Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a high-growth environment. 8. Excellent communication skills suitable for engaging with VP+ leaders. 9. Knowledge of how to build A/B test splits. Preferred Skills: 1. Experience creating FullStory dashboards. 2.
