We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our high-end Video Production facility in Medellin, Colombia. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management: Manage and lead a team of managers to ensure uninterrupted and smooth operation of the Live Streaming Studio. 2. Technical Maintenance: Oversee that the technical team applies appropriate maintenance procedures for the equipment in the studio, ensuring quick problem resolution and smooth 24/7 operation. 3. Performance Management: Direct work, author performance appraisals, address performance plans, and build corrective action plans with managers. 4. SLA Compliance: Direct the team to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the production facilities, meeting the company's Service Level Agreement (SLA). 5. Operational Excellence: Ensure the operation meets company objectives and strives for new achievements. 6. Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable working environment. 7. Process Development: Build operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), execute workflows, and maintain operational processes of the live streaming studio. 8. Communication: Maintain continuous and organized communication with local team managers and communicate periodically with clients and management. 9. Project Management: Oversee company projects in the facility associated with the launch of new studios, managing their timeline, roadmap, and budget. 10. Quality Assurance: Ensure quality and service standards are enforced, identify solutions, and recommend system improvements. 11. Reporting: Present periodic reports on progress and prognosis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), escalating issues when necessary. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor degree or above. 2. Leadership Experience: Essential experience in managing large teams (150 people and more). 3. Availability: Ability to manage live operations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 4. Urgency Understanding: Deep understanding of the sense of urgency required for 24/7 operation. 5. Problem-Solving: Open-minded and quick resolution abilities. 6. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, capacity to plan complex workflows.
