We thrive on working with cutting-edge technologies, and our sales team is on the lookout for a new team player to join us on this adventurous journey. **Job Duties & Responsibilities**: **Project Planning and Execution**: Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Execute projects while adhering to PMI standards, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across global teams. **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. **Budget and Resource Management**: Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and identify opportunities for cost optimization. Ensure financial goals are met while maintaining project quality. **Quality Assurance**: Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance project efficiency and quality. Continuously assess and improve project processes to drive operational excellence. **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively manage risks to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful delivery. **PMO Collaboration**: Leverage previous experience within a Project Management Office (PMO) to align projects with organizational strategies and standards. Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO processes. **Global Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a diverse, global project team.
