This individual will play a key role in monitoring daily order progress, communicating with customers, and supporting internal teams like accounting, shipping, and production. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on follow-through. Key Responsibilities: Daily Amazon Order Review & Report : - Review all Amazon orders processed the previous day - Check tracking status, on-time performance, and flag delays - Compile and share a daily report summarizing order health Customer Feedback & Review Management : - Contact customers whose orders were recently delivered - Ask for feedback and encourage reviews on platforms like ASI, SAGE, etc. - If any issues are raised, escalate to the customer service team for resolution Incoming Request Management & Departmental Support: - Follow up with customers on unpaid invoices to assist accounting in collections - Reach out to customers or sales representatives for missing shipping addresses or account numbers to avoid fulfillment delays - Track and manage orders flagged as problematic, coordinate internally to stay on schedule or request extensions - Monitor rushed orders to ensure they are prioritized and moving efficiently through the system - Answer incoming customer service calls, resolving or routing issues appropriately - Respond to order status inquiries by checking internal systems and providing timely updates to customers Returns Processing : - Review incoming product returns due to delivery failures, exchanges, or rejections - Coordinate with the appropriate departments to resolve the return and update the customer Working Hours: 8.00 AM EST to 5.00 PM EST - Monday through Friday Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): - What is your current salary per month in $? - What is your expected salary per month in $?
