Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Placement Analyst to join our team.This role will be responsible for supporting our Placement team and ensuring ouroperations run smoothly.- provide insights, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skillsDuties & Responsibilities Work closely with the Placement team to ensure internal stakeholders processare being developed on the right track and timesMonitor and track operational metrics to ensure smooth operations and identifyareas for improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processimprovements- Create and maintain documentation of processes, policies, and proceduresPrepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations withkey stakeholders- Assist with ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed**Skills**: - English communication skills (B2) required - 1+ years of experience in operations or customer success role - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficient in Google Suite Services and CRM software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proactive and results-driven mindset - Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is a plus
