We are looking for a Customer Acquisition Associate who will: Maintain and organize a large database of prospects and deals in the CRM Research target accounts to prioritize account-based outreach and segment (Pyme, Mid Market, or Enterprise) Identify local best practices and replicate them where possible to continuously improve processes and results within the team Build a monthly forecast per segment and keep the pipeline always updated Control KPIs such as DSLA, number of meetings per week, activities per deal, and use BANT methodology to qualify deals Act as an internal Project Manager coordinating with Legal, Finance, Control Desk, and Product departments to facilitate sales Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for TPV, Credit Line amount, and New Customers Qualifications include: Four-year college degree from an accredited institution At least 5 years of professional sales experience Proven experience in Customer Acquisition, either in high-volume inbound or outbound sales Hands-on experience with CRM software, Hubspot is a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo, Lusha, Salesloft, Scriabin, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn Sales Insight Proven prospecting techniques such as cold calling, cold emailing, social outreach, and leveraging personal networks English professional proficiency (preferred) What makes you a great fit: You are a captivating storyteller in person, video, or text.
