**Read more about our phenomenal opportunity!**: We are now looking for a Solution Architect in Colombia, who can provide in-depth support, and advise during our business development and engagement phase, as well as to lead the implementation of the solution E2E, supporting all the team to accomplish the objectives on planned cost, TTM and with high customer satisfaction. Solution Architects works closely with counterparts in customer Solution Designing, High Level Design/ Low Level Design based on the requirements and lead Installation, Integration, configuration of Ericsson Digital Solutions such as 5G SA/NSA, Packet Core, IMS Core, UDM etc. You will be encouraged to initiate and participate in knowledge-sharing activities, as well as coaching and mentoring others in team to build their competence! **In this role you will also**: - Work on preparation of Solution Analysis and Solution Documentation jointly as collaborator in the engagement team, including customer discussions and presentations. - Support on preparation of LLD / MOPs for the assignment. - HLD (High Level Design) and support of DLD (Detailed Level Design) for the Digital Services solutions, as per the Customer solutions. **To be successful in the role you**: - Should have end to end understanding of EPC/UDM Solutions. - Should have knowledge of 3G, 4G and 5G call flows, and overall understanding of the newest technologies in the Telecom space including VoLTE, VoWiFi, IoT etc. - Should have understanding of onboarding, integration of EPC on the Cloud environment. - Recommends process improvement and procedures to explore simplification and automation to improve Network operational performance as well as efficiencies. - Well founded in Agile SAFe **Additional Requirements**: - Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or similar educational background - Experience working with Multi-Country Solutions - English proficiency level (oral and written) - Knowledge on IMS and IP Networking solutions is a plus. **Valued Skills**: - Analytical, structured and result oriented approach - Ability to empower and mentor team members. - Intrapersonal and communication skills - Capacity to work under stressful situations, meet and deliver services with high quality. **What´s in it for you?** Here at Ericsson, our culture is built on over a century of courageous decisions.
