We are hiring for our innovative subsidiary Intuitive Data Analytics IDA which delivers patented no-code AI analytics platforms that help organizations turn complex data into actionable insights without the need for heavy IT involvement. Responsibilities - Client Engagement: Act as the trusted point of contact for clients ensuring a clear understanding of their business needs and delivering solutions that create measurable value. - End-to-End Project Management: Lead software implementation projects from planning to delivery ensuring they are completed on time within budget and aligned with client objectives. - Quality Assurance: Oversee and perform functional and accuracy testing of our AI-powered analytics tools to guarantee exceptional performance and user experience. - Team Collaboration: Coordinate across developers data scientists and UX/UI designers to align technical outputs with business goals. - Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify troubleshoot and manage the resolution of any issues during testing and deployment phases. - Transparent Reporting: Maintain clear project documentation milestone tracking and regular updates for all stakeholders. Desired requirements - Minimum 2 years experience in managing software development or implementation projects preferably in AI data analytics SaaS or related technology. - Proven skills in client relationship management and translating business needs into technical solutions. - Knowledge of quality assurance/testing methodologies and tools. - Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data analytics platforms is a strong advantage. - Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills. - Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced dynamic environment. - Language: Fluent in English spoken and written is required Spanish proficiency is a plus for regional client communications.
