Job Description We are looking for a precise, organized, and customer-oriented person for the role of Inventory Controller. The candidate will serve as the point of contact between clients and internal departments, managing orders, shipments, and requests to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities - Manage communication with clients via phone and email. - Monitor orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery. - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues. - Verify stock alignments. - Enter orders and update data in company systems. - Handle returns, complaints, and post-sale issues. - Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize customer experience and resolve interdepartmental issues. - Maintain documentation related to shipments and clients. Requirements - High school diploma (a diploma or degree in logistics is a plus). - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics (preferred). - Good knowledge of main IT tools (Office Suite, shipping software). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and proactive skills. - Problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset. - Ability to work in a team. - Intermediate knowledge of English (at least B1 level). - Experience in pharma and medical devices is a plus. - Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
