We’re looking for a bilingual (English & Spanish) leader with a passion for operational excellence and customer impact to build and scale our global Customer Success function from the ground up. About the Role: As Head of Customer Success, you won’t just lead a team—you’ll design the entire customer success ecosystem for a high-growth logistics company. From onboarding to renewal, you’ll ensure every client sees measurable value, streamlined operations, and an experience that earns long-term trust. You’ll work closely with commercial, operations, and product teams to align customer goals with supply chain solutions that drive results at scale. Key Responsibilities: Architect the Customer Success function—define vision, structure, processes, and success metrics. Build and lead a high-performing global team focused on retention, and expansion. Develop industry-specific playbooks tailored to logistics/supply chain complexity. Drive operational visibility and continuous improvement using data-driven strategies. Act as the voice of the customer, partnering cross-functionally to resolve friction points and unlock value. Foster deep relationships with clients—becoming a trusted partner in their logistics journey. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management. 5+ years in a leadership role with strategic and operational ownership. Demonstrated ability to build and scale CS functions during high-growth or transformation phases. Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish—confident communicating with global clients and teams. Desired Competencies: Logistics or supply chain domain expertise—you understand the challenges and opportunities our customers face. Proven transformational leadership—you’ve led teams through change and built high-trust, high-performance cultures. Strong analytical and storytelling skills—comfortable with dashboards, metrics, and communicating ROI to executives. Effective at managing complex relationships and aligning diverse stakeholders toward shared outcomes. In logistics, relationships and execution matter.
