We are looking for someone to join our team that is bi-lingual, has experience in sales and is good with technology. This will be responsible for completing the legal intake process for personal injury leads, as well as coordinating their medical appointments with our scheduling department. This role involves offering our services to clients over the phone, documenting client information, obtaining signatures, and following up with leads to see how the process is going. For this role, they would enter customer information into database, leave detailed notes every time a lead is call, We are looking for an individual who can work remotely, has good internet connection and thrives in a high paced environment. Someone who is detail oriented, has great customer service skills, is self-motivated, likes to work in a team environment with the desire for growth in their career. **Responsibilities**: - Initiating sales call with leads and explaining our services. - Asking questions to engage customers and create the urgency to sign up today. - Following up with clients to generate repeat business. - Gathering all necessary documents and completing the forms. - Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. - Medical Referral Scheduling - Follow-up with Referral Sources to update on status of leads. - Communicate via slack with the medical and marketing team.
