Responsibilities - Analyze sales performance data to present data-driven reports and recommendations that guide the decision-making and actions of the sales team, using graphics, visualizations, and other effective means to communicate findings clearly and concisely. - Filter and analyze data in a consistent and scalable way, working with a large volume of data to build a solid foundation for decision making with calculated risks. - Collect information to find improvement opportunities, including monitoring the impact of training. - Make recommendations on how to improve results based on data analysis and a deep understanding of how our product and processes work. Qualifications - Associate's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or Data analytics. - 2+ years in Data analysis for Sales or Marketing areas. Finance and Startup experience is a plus. - High capacity for organization, communication and relationships. - Analytical thinking and Problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for improvement and to work with large and complex datasets.
