In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to clients, aligning their revenue operations processes with best-in-class tools, technologies, and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead customer engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. - Develop functional solutions that optimize the capabilities and extensibilities of Nue's platform. - Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with customers to deeply understand their needs, business goals, and timelines, driving them towards successful outcomes. - Foster strong relationships across various customer personas, particularly with large Enterprise accounts, to ensure ongoing satisfaction and long-term success. Requirements: - Minimum of 3-5 years in implementing and integrating software solutions, ideally in Billing, CRM, or ERP domains. - Previous consulting experience implementing software solutions is a plus. - Excellent spoken and written English, with strong communication skills, including the ability to adjust to the technical level of the audience and explain complex ideas clearly and concisely. - Ability to work with global teams and have a high proficiency in translating business problems into solutions.
