About This Role Shape the future of cancer care in Colombia as a Customer Solution Manager & Operation. You'll lead the successful introduction and operationalization of Radioligand Therapy, a groundbreaking treatment platform. Key Responsibilities - Map and engage Radioligand Therapy (RLT) Centers with Medical and Commercial teams - Identify technical and administrative processes for RLT implementation - Expand Lutetium license and capacity across qualified RLT Centers - Train medical staff and decision-makers on RLT procedures - Prioritize accounts for Pluvicto launch based on readiness and patient potential - Develop educational materials on RLT and technical requirements - Oversee logistics: order management, patient scheduling, and medicine delivery coordination - Monitor sales orders and support license development with local NCQ and CGS - Act as primary RLT contact post-launch to ensure seamless patient treatment - Lead cross-functional teams to manage patient journey and ensure treatment success Requirements - Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry or related healthcare sectors - Strong knowledge of Colombian healthcare ecosystem and regulatory environment - Familiarity with Nuclear Medicine and local market dynamics - Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to operate under pressure - Business mindset with strategic and analytical thinking - Resilience, adaptability, and results-oriented approach - Effective communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus
