Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Analyst/ Tax Manager to lead and manage the company’s tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities in Colombia. The role requires strong expertise in local tax regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate complex tax processes and audits. The ideal candidate will support strategic tax initiatives, optimize tax positions, and ensure compliance with evolving legislation. Key Responsibilities 1,Lead the preparation, review, and timely filing of all tax returns, including VAT, withholding tax (WHT), ICA, and income tax. 2,Oversee tax reconciliations and ensure alignment between tax filings and accounting records. 3,Manage and coordinate tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities; provide expert support and documentation. 4, Monitor tax law changes, assess impact, and communicate updates with practical guidance to management and teams. 5,Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and deferred tax calculations. 6,Supervise the preparation and submission of regulatory reports (DIAN, DANE, Banrepública, Superintendency). 7,Oversee SAP tax postings and ensure data consistency across multiple systems (SAP, FSSC, ARK). 8,Lead month-end tax close activities and deliver accurate internal management reports. 9,Manage the registration and maintenance of mandatory legal documents (RUT, Chamber of Commerce, municipal registrations). 10,Provide strategic recommendations to optimize tax efficiency and compliance risks. 11,Execute other tax-related projects or tasks assigned by senior management. Requirements 1,Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CPA, CTA) are a plus. 2,Minimum 5–7 years of tax experience, preferably candidates with experience working at both the Big Four accounting firms and multinational companies or large corporate environments. 3,Deep knowledge of Colombian tax regulations, including VAT, WHT, ICA, and income tax. 4,Proven experience managing tax audits, transfer pricing and complex reconciliations. 5,Proficient in SAP, Excel, FSSC or similar systems. 6,Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 7,Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional coordination. 8,Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
